Globe CMS works with expatriate and local people. The expatriate persons (especially in the most skilled areas: management, supervision, cooking and baking) will be recruited under the supervision of the General Manager for Russia.

One of our main objectives is to supply an experienced and successful team of workers in order to comply with the clients’ requirements and satisfaction, and also to be capable of teaching local workers. Thus, special recruitment procedures will have to be undertaken.
